Mr. Eduard Amoev is a Junior Associate at McGill. Besides the exceptional knowledge and experience in Private International Law and International Taxation, his practice is also focused on Corporate law, ADR, Copyright as well as on litigation.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Amoev served in several private institutions, as well as in the governmental authorities including the Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Amoev has represented Georgia in many international projects all around the Europe, held by European Union and United Nations. He has also law-making experience, namely, he is the co-author of the regulation drafted for reform of the structure in the Kobuleti Municipality.
Mr. Amoev studies at the Master Program in Private Law in Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and successfully holds the Harvard Law School certificate in Copyright Law. Mr. Amoev has successfully passed the Certificate Course of Co-Mediators. Additionally, he has experience of teaching the Law to the students at the several high schools of Tbilisi.
Mr. Amoev is fluent in English and Russian, along with his native Georgian.
