Mr. Vano Imnaishvili is a Senior Associate at McGill. The main areas of his practice include but is not limited to: corporate law, contract law, investment law, labour law, intellectual property law, real estate and construction law.
His 18 years practice includes advising on different business-related matters, corporate structuring, industrial property registration, real estate, securities and investments, energy trading, as well as working for the public sector.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Imnaishvili has worked as an In-House lawyer for one Georgian holding company engaged in energy trading, mining, real estate, security investments, agriculture, gambling, etc. He was charged in dealing with complex legal issues related to cited activities. Within the public agency, he was assigned to work on a draft-laws/by-laws related to the business submitted to such agency for review. He has also served as the In-House lawyer for various private companies and in a law firm.
Mr. Imnaishvili holds the Law degree (diploma of lawyer) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (1993-1998) and Master’s degree (Master 2, former DEA) from the University of Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III (2004-2005). He is a member of Georgian Bar Association (GBA).
Mr. Imnaishvili is fluent in English, French and Russian languages, along with his intermediate level in German and native Georgian.
