Ms. Ana Gvasalia is a lawyer at McGill. She is focused on construction law as well as on property law, corporate law, labor law and other business transactions.

Her 7 years practice includes advising on different business matters, corporate structuring, real estate, licensing and also guiding other legal issues of different fields. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Ana  held various legal positions while working at Tbilisi City Court and Banking sector. During her work at McGill she was engaged in significant business transactions, where she managed share-purchase and property purchase transactions among the large-scale corporations. She was involved in numerous types of complex transactions as well as dealing with various stakeholders.

Ms. Gvasalia holds the Bachelor’s degree in law (with honors) from Georgian-American University (2013) and Master’s degree (with honors) from Ilia State University. She is studying LLM in Business law at Free University of Tbilisi.

Ms Gvasalia is fluent in English and Russian languages, together with her native Georgian.
